Your guide to therapeutic breathwork

 

This is an online/ongoing weekly offering. With 18 years of breath-centered yoga practices, this 45-minute class is ideal for managing stress, setting the stage for more enjoyable meditations, or simply to enliven and enhance your day ahead.

 

Class meets each Thursday 7-7:45am Eastern Time
