Yoga Therapy Services
Using similar principles as the online class mentioned above, I work with clients one-on-one to use yoga for specific issues, often as rehabilitation from injury, or in support of a goal of better movement patterning, or help with emotional issues and healthier breathing habits.
Sessions are 90 minutes each. Clients are given written instructions, sequenced movement assignments for homework between sessions for more complete and effective healing.
