Treat yourself and your companions to the transformative experience of yoga and mindful reflection at a beautiful all-inclusive retreat center abroad. I've had the privilege of leading three international retreats so far—in Morocco, Sicily, and most recently in Portugal.

Over the course of each week-long retreat, we explore three complementary practices—breathwork, movement, and contemplative writing—to help you uncover what truly nourishes you, calms your nervous system, sharpens your focus, and revitalizes your spirit. Woven together in ways that reconnect you with your innate sense of curiosity and play, these practices invite you to rediscover the joy, wonder, and presence that can infuse your everyday life.
